House with Garden and Fabulous Landscape Views

In one of the most distinctive villages of the Monferrato, in the wine hills that produce some of the best Barbera wines, only 5 miles (8 kms) from the town of Nizza Monferrato, a freestanding, two-story habitable country house with garden.

The ground floor features a dining room with fireplace, a kitchenette and a sitting room.

A central staircase leads to the upper floor where we find two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom.

Attached to the house there is a garage where the heating boiler is placed.

The 450 sq meter garden is level and includes some fruit trees. It is enclosed on one side by a wall that separates it from the street and by a railing on the opposite side, allowing for unimpeded views onto the hills.

The house is habitable, calling at best for minor improvements. It is heated with natural gas.

Though a small locality, Vinchio does offer some traditional eating places serving Piemontese specialties and the area’s wine which is among the best Barbera wines to be found.
