The villa is set on the outskirts of the village of San Benedetto Belbo on a private plot of 8700 sq meters (2.15 acres). The house has been built in the 1990’s based on a project that aid particular attention to the interplay between the landscape and the house which is virtually enfolded by the teeming, colorful garden. The house has originally been designed to host two families and one of its parts is currently completed and comfortably habitable while the remaining half which exhibits the same floorplan is structurally complete and needs to be finished.
The habitable section is on the first floor and consists of a spacious living room, a live-in kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a walk-in closet. An equal second unit may be created on the second floor.
The entire house with approximately 240 sq meters of floorspace is protected from humidity and kept dry by an equally large basement. The basement level features a two-car garage, a cellar room, a large store room, a leisure room and a bathroom.
The property’s outdoors count among its major assets. Landscaped and adorned with carefully selected plants, they feature a fountain with goldfish, a pergola with local Luglienga-variety grapes providing welcome shade in the summer, a 200-meter deep well providing water for the garden’s automatic irrigation system.
